Fees & Terms

One clinical is a block of 4 hours. Standard clinic times are:
Mon - Fri: 8am - 12pm*
Mon - Fri: 12.30pm - 4.30pm*
Sat - Sun: 8am - 12pm*

One-off bookings may be available depending on room availability.
Clinic bookings. A clinic is a block of 4 hours (morning, afternoon, or evening). Once you book a clinic, it is held on the same day each week, at the same time, and in the same room—for example, every Monday morning from 8am to 12pm. When you book a clinic, you commit to at least 1 month.
Payments. Payment is made 1 month in advance. At the start of every month, your subscription renews automatically. Payment is taken by direct debit.
Changes & Cancellations. You can cancel or reduce your clinics with 1 month’s notice.
Loyalty Bonus. Every 3 months, you receive 1 clinic off for each recurring clinic you have booked. This is built into your subscription to support holidays and breaks.
